Connectivity

Employease takes full advantage of the Internet's power to connect with other systems and entities such as payroll providers, managed care organizations, insurance carriers, third party administrators, COBRA vendors, and other internal or hosted systems. HRMS Connectivity eliminates redundant data entry, improves data accuracy and lowers overall administrative costs.

Employease Connect houses a robust library of interfaces for quickly establishing connections with other systems. If you need a connection that is not in the Connection Library, Employease can quickly meet this need.

After a connection is built, Employease enables you to deliver electronic files on a regularly scheduled basis to the appropriate parties via secure drop box, FTP (optional: PGP encryption) or e-mail (optional: PGP encryption). Information can be sent as a change file or a full file.

Today, Employease supports more than 3,000 connections to other systems and entities on behalf of its customers.

Connectivity to Legacy Systems:

Customers wishing to connect the Employease Network with legacy systems have a variety of options available to them. Options vary depending on the customer's requirements for timeliness of data transfer, desired workflows, ability of the external system to integrate and the ability of the customer to participate in the integration process.

In addition, Employease provides integration services utilizing XML technology to create real-time integration to other systems.

Depending on the customer's specific requirements, any or all of the following solutions may be used:
