Invoicing
|
|
|
|
ADP Employease enables you to generate/create, view, print, and
save invoices for any provider and any benefit plans associated
with a provider. With these tools, you can eliminate manual
reconciliation of invoices by generating self-bills based
on plan eligibility and billing rules such as billing cut
off dates and retro term limits.
|
|

|
|
Each Invoice consists of the following reports:
Summary
Invoice |
Shows the premium and the number
of employees enrolled, by line of coverage, class, and
coverage type. |
List
Bill |
Identifies all employees covered
under each plan. It provides employee names, SSNs, effective
dates of coverage, and premium. |
Changes |
Displays all employees who
are new, terminated, or who have changed premium totals
(perhaps driven by a change in coverage level or a change
in class/salary) that appear on the current invoice. |
Adjustments
|
Lists any adjustments that
appear on this month's bill. These adjustments include
changes that should have been reported on a previous month's
bill but, for some reason, were not. |
From our inception, our customers have enthusiastically
supported and encouraged our emergence as the leading innovator

Billing
|
|

The ADP Employease Billing module allows you to display
invoices from multiple carriers into one consolidated
report. It provides a great way to show the total cost
of benefits either organization-wide, or broken out
by division or location.
