Life Event Wizards Make life and benefit changes online. Life event wizards include moving, adding a dependent, adding a spouse, divorce, children no longer qualifying as students, death of a family member, and spouse gains/loses employment. Personal Data Management View and/or edit a personal profile including address, dependent and beneficiary information, password, and more. Messages Communicate directly with the benefits administrator regarding benefit elections and confirmation. Online Resources Access procedural manuals, provider directories, summary plan descriptions, forms and links to other Web sites for information on health, retirement and other subjects related to benefits. These resources are at the employee's fingertips every step of the way. Online Training Improve usage and adoption rates of self service with employee oriented online training. Messaging Communicate confidentially and electronically with employees and approve the changes they make to information based on the approval controls you put in place.
