KEN HOROWITZ
President and Chief Operating Officer
ADP Employease, Inc.

As President and Chief Operating Officer for ADP Employease, Ken Horowitz is responsible for the operational management of the company.

Since joining ADP Employease in January 2000 as Vice President of Sales, Mr. Horowitz has played a critical role in the company's growth throughout difficult economic conditions. Under his leadership, the company has substantially increased its revenues, average customer size and average contract value, and it has delivered a record revenue growth. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2002.

Mr. Horowitz has more than 20 years of relevant experience in sales management, most recently as vice president and general manager at PeopleSoft.

He was also responsible for the inception and development of PeopleSoft's HealthCare Industry business unit as it grew to $65 million in revenue. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Horowitz served as vice president of sales and healthcare at Integral Systems, he also gained extensive healthcare experience during a 10-year tenure at HBO & Co.

Mr. Horowitz holds a BS from the University of New England and an MBA from Western Connecticut State University.
