J. DOUG GUESS
Vice President, Finance and Administration ADP Employease, Inc.
As the Vice President of Finance and Administration, Doug
Guess is responsible for all financial, accounting and administrative
functions of the company.
Mr. Guess has 15 years of public accounting and financial
management experience addressing needs of growing technology companies.
Prior to joining ADP Employease, Mr. Guess was Vice President,
Finance and Administration, of Alphamed, Incorporated, a manufacturer
and distributor of electronic ambulatory medical devices purchased by
Sigma International in 1998.
Mr. Guess practiced public accounting at Price Waterhouse
LLP from 1991 to 1997 where his primary responsibilities included assisting
Securities and Exchange Commission registrants with their financial reporting
responsibilities and providing transaction support consulting services
for merger and acquisition activities of mid-sized clients in a variety
of industries.
Mr. Guess holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from
Florida State University. He lives in the Atlanta area.
