Mr. Fuchs is responsible for all Business Process Outsourcing solutions from ADP Employease. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the areas of customer service, account management, new business development, software development and end-user consulting.

His track record includes 17 years of application software and outsourcing experience with specific emphasis in the insurance, managed care and employee benefits market segments. Mr. Fuchs comes to ADP Employease from PeopleSoft, a leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application software provider.

He developed and organized PeopleSoft's services organization in the Southern Region -- the company's largest. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Fuchs started the Prescription Benefits Management Services (PBMS) operating division of Consultec, Inc. Consultec PBMS manages and administers prescription drug programs for Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), public and private employers, and State Medicaid and Workers' Compensation Agencies.

His responsibilities included sales and marketing, customer service, provider services, clinical services and systems. He also served as Vice President of the Mid-Range Systems Division of Dyer Wells and Associates, a leading provider of software to TPAs, Life and Health Insurance carriers, and managed care organizations.
