PHIL FAUVER
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ADP Employease, Inc.
As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADP Employease, Phil Fauver is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. He has more than 30 years of experience directing the introduction, positioning and establishment of leading edge technology.
Previously at PeopleSoft, Mr. Fauver held senior executive positions with responsibilities for U.S. sales, field deployment, recruiting, organizational design and operations. From 1991 to 1999, he served on the CEO's senior management advisory team and played a leading role in driving PeopleSoft's growth from approximately $6 million to almost $1 billion in revenue. PeopleSoft successfully executed an IPO in 1993.
Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Fauver served as president of Dyer Wells and Associates, a leading provider of software to third party administrators, life and health insurance carriers, and managed care organizations. During his tenure, dw&a doubled in revenues and transitioned from net operating losses to sustained profitability. He represented the company in its sale to Cigna.
Fauver was a member of the senior management team at INSCI from 1981 through 1988 where he served initially as a regional vice president and then as vice president of sales and marketing. INSCI is generally recognized as the pioneer in the development and successful introduction of human resource software solutions for the Fortune 1000. INSCI conducted a successful IPO in 1983.
He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management with a computer science specialization. He later received a Masters degree in finance from DePaul University. Mr. Fauver currently lives in Atlanta.
